  • Dr Isaac Sheps is a recognized expert on global management, leadership and quality management.

  • For the last 25 years he has been a member of the international Committee ISO-TC176, responsible for developing the ISO 9000 family of standards, member of the WG that developed ISO 9001:2015 and convener of the WG that developed ISO 9004:2018, and currently member of ISO/TMBG/JTCG-TF 14 responsible for the revision of the High Level Structure for MSS.

  • As a result of remarkable business achievements, in May 2013, Dr Sheps was awarded Denmark’s Royal Medal of Honor in recognition of outstanding and meritorious effort in promoting Danish products abroad.

  • He is coauthor of the book “THE JOURNEY – Achieving sustained organizational success” published in May 2019 by ASQ Quality Press.

  • As CEO of Carlsberg UK, he tripled the profits with increasing market share (by more than 15%) within the period of decline of Britain’s beer market. He led radical restructuring of sales and distribution organizational structure in the UK, with no employee’s strikes and increased customer satisfaction. Furthermore Carlsberg family of brands became the most popular family of off-trade brands in the UK.

  • Despite being a pragmatic executive, at the end of each year Sheps compiles a list of the books he has read for his employees. He also had a blog in which he tells his staff what he is doing every week.

  • He published numerous papers on managing for sustained success of an organization, quality management and productivity. The success factors of organizations are developing continuously and every few year’s new success factors are added to the complex demanding and ever-changing competitive environment in which organizations operate.
