Silvana Tričković is a accomplished leader in finance and management, with over 20 years of experience in driving businesses toward growth and operational excellence. Throughout her career, she has held prominent executive roles in leading companies.
After years of leading the financial sector at ITM Group, in 2004, she took on the role of General Director at TBI Leasing. She held this position for 15 years, successfully driving the company through all phases of development and transformation—from TBI Leasing to NBG Leasing, and eventually OTP Leasing.
Today, as the CFO of Porsche Finance Group Serbia, she contributes her expertise and dedication to the company’s strategic growth and outstanding business performance. Porsche Finance Group operates in Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Albania, and Bosnia and Herzegovina, providing financing solutions, insurance brokerage, and vehicle maintenance services.
Silvana holds a degree from the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade and earned her MBA in General Management from the University of Sheffield. Her continuous professional development through international professional education has further enriched her knowledge and perspective on leadership and finance.
She firmly believes that knowledge sharing and mentorship are essential for developing future leaders, playing a crucial role in the professional growth of young talent. She actively contributes to this mission as a lecturer in professional development programs organized by Porsche Holding.
