Tanja Glišin is a Member of the Managing Boar of Raiffeisen bank a.d. Beograd in charge of corporate banking. She took over this function as of July 1st, 2024, after almost three decades of experience in corporate banking.
Thanks to her broad knowledge and expertise, she established that sector of Raiffeisen Bank as one of the most successful players in the local market.
Throughout her entire career, she extended her expertise by continuity and excellence in reaching the set goals, leading successful teams, managing relationships, client acquisition, product sales, always placing the client first.
She began her professional development in Jugobanka, where she worked in the Foreign Currency and International Clients Division. She joined the Raiffeisen team in 2001, the same year this bank begain its business activities in Serbia.
Already from 2022. she has managed various departments and sectors within the corporate business segment, and during 2021, she simultaneously served as an advisor to the Executive Board of Raiffeisen Croatia in the areas of corporate business and capital markets.
For years, Tanja has been responsible for planning and implementing the overall corporate strategy in Raiffeisen banka a.d. Beograd, as well as for taking on the leading role in executing strategic, developmental and transformative projects, such as the acquisition and integration of Crédit Agricole Srbija and introducing the iPortal, a digital platform for corporate business operations.
In executing strategic goals, she relies on giving a chance and employing talented young people, so she initiated the program „Start your Career“ for students of the Faculty of Economics and the Faculty of Organizational Sciences. The program aims to employ the leading students who passed a thirty-week internship in Raiffeisen Banka.
She holds a degree in economics from the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade, and she holds the Executive Master Degree from the prestigious INSEAD Business School.
She completed the Artificial Intelligence Program at Saïd Business School, Oxford University, and the program Neuroscience for the Business Environment, MIT, Cambridge, MA-Sloan School of Management.
