What is Archetypes at Work™?

Archetypes at Work is a new cutting-edge method to assess and develop people and organizations to become fit for the future. Archetypes are underlying patterns of human nature and experience. As such they are – often invisibly – “running the show”

They are embedded in our inner motivations and mindset and deeply rooted in our values. The better we understand these patterns and the more consciously we use them, the more effective we will be. Archetypes at Work™ offers an exciting framework to understand how people act and “what is really going on” – in our life, in our work, and in our deeper self.

Combining ancient wisdom with creative approaches to personal and professional development, Laurence Hillman and Richard Olivier have crafted a system that is practical and accessible in approach.

This system is practical and affordable. It offers leaders and organizations the opportunity to assess their current archetypal patterns and then determine the pattern that is “more appropriate for success and the plans they have for the future.”

This method enables Leaders to prepare their employees for the implementation of future business strategies. Through a prepared workforce, leaders can enter the future with a high level of resilience and agility.

Applying Archetypes at Work™ throughout a company, regardless of its size, creates a work climate that supports outstanding results, promotes integrity and builds social bonds among employees.

Introducing the archetypal framework into the organization contributes to a deep understanding of employee behavior. Personality strengths can be recognized and encouraged, and “problematic” personality traits can be corrected and effectively mitigated. Conflicts can be made less personal because underlying tensions between archetypal patterns, once recognized, can be resolved. All these factors contribute to reducing stress with others and fostering understanding creating a friendly and far more efficient and productive workplace.

Dr. Hillman will help you with an archetypal assessment of you and your company and suggest solutions that lead to better decisions and personal and professional success. Dr. Hillman will also equip you with a useful toolkit as well as practical feedback and expert guidance for problem solving.

Archetypes at Work™ is for:

  1. Companies that want to develop an agile and resilient workforce that can successfully adapt to the evolving modern work environment.
  2. Leaders who want to develop tools and methods to increase productivity, social connection, efficiency, creativity, cooperation and responsibility of their teams in the company.
  3. Leaders who want to strengthen and expand their leadership skills in order to have a greater impact and contribute to the success of the company.

Laurence Hillman PhD’s ability to recognize underlying archetypes both in organizations and in individuals has brought him recognition worldwide.
