Mirjana Gomilanovic is a professional certified coach and speaker in the field of leader development and organizational growth, the author of books “A Lighthouse in Me” and “A Boy in Executive Suit” and the executive director of “One2grow – Leadership Coaching” Agency.
Mirjana is the author of a unique leader development programme “What are we taught by Leonardo?” which is based on the seven postulates of Leonardo da Vinci and through the lens of the integrity and uniqueness of the person supports the development of leadership thinking, and thus leadership.
Mirjana is a registered Mentor Coach with the World Coach Federation (ICF).
In recent years, she has been leading projects for the development of leaders, management and employees, through individual and team coaching and education, in large domestic and international companies through the prism of emotional intelligence. Interestingly, her formal education is a master’s degree in electrical engineering.
