Founder and Managing Director of Transform for Value, Suzie is a global business leader and executive coach with extensive experience in driving international transformation projects, and in preparing business leaders and employees for change.  

Suzie stands out as an indispensable player in the world of business innovation. As an executive partner in the “Center for the Future of Organization, Drucker School of Management” at Claremont University in the USA, Suzie additionally contributes to the development of advanced business strategies. Her name is synonymous with innovation, leadership and transformation in the business world.

With more than 20 years of experience in management positions at AIRBUS Group, Suzie has led leading projects, managed large and small teams, covering areas such as leadership, education and culture change; digital transformation and innovation; strategy, management and implementation; human resources, recruitment and assessment; diversity and inclusion; talent management; Lean and Agile methodologies; change management and operational deployment.

She initiated the founding of the Leadership University at AIRBUS for the development of LEADERSHIP.

Suzie played a key role in the creation and implementation of the new Leader training strategy. Her responsibility included managing a portfolio of leaders, including courses, programs and talent initiatives across all sectors. Her main focus is the development of innovative leadership solutions that are aligned with the changing corporate culture and business priorities.

Suzie works with many companies and government institutions. Suzie advises and coaches organizations and leaders on the human dimension of transformation, to bridge the gap between human and digital ecosystems and create sustainable change. Her quest is to help organizations and leaders build more inclusive & collaborative environments, placing the onus on how to drive value through people as well as data and processes to drive sustainable change.

Suzie has been coaching Individuals, Managers, Executives and Teams and is an experienced and highly regarded facilitator and change ambassador. Suzie also designs coaching programmes and approaches that support people in both the understanding and the application of change in organizations, as well as the necessary skills for impact on people, culture, processes and strategy to make a difference and drive change in the constantly evolving business landscape.

Suzie designed the Human Systems Practitioner (HSP) Program™ to provide a deeper understanding of the functioning of human systems within organizations. This program is designed to be simple to apply and enable individuals to effectively influence changes in their environment and achieve their full potential at work.

At BForum 2024, Suzie will give a presentation on the TOPIC “Psychological safety – Creating a Culture of Belonging & Innovation”. This program draws on diverse perspectives, cognitive techniques, and tools to better understand and actively influence our biases, shape the environment we live in, and improve the experiences we create for and with others.

Through dynamic and inspiring tools and processes, we focus attention on key topics that are essential for sustainable transformation. The lecture is interactive and provides an unforgettable learning experience that will remain etched in your memory. Visual elements further refine Suzie’s approach, making it more attractive and effective.

This program aims to inspire, inform and motivate participants to actively engage in changes that will positively affect them and their environment.

Suzie is an avid cellist and has been a member of an amateur orchestra for many years. She enjoys performing music within this communal atmosphere and is proud to belong to such an exceptional group.
