Dragana Ristić brings more than 18 years of experience in human resources leadership within multinational environments, combining corporate depth with entrepreneurial perspective. She is the founder of PREDICTA and a certified consultant and trainer for the The Predictive Index methodology, a globally recognized framework refined over more than seven decades. The Predictive Index is distinguished by its scientific rigor and practical applicability, enabling organizations to align HR strategy with business strategy in a measurable and sustainable way — directly influencing individual performance, team effectiveness, and overall organizational results.

Alongside her extensive corporate background and project engagements across multinational companies and startup ecosystems — particularly in organizational design and the creation of development platforms — Dragana implements the Predictive Index methodology with companies across the region and in Georgia. Her work is centered on translating data-driven insights into strategic workforce decisions that enhance clarity, accountability, and performance. She is also a certified business coach trained under the methodology developed by PwC.

Originally educated as a lawyer, Dragana’s professional calling lies in the fields of human capital strategy, leadership development, and executive training. She has designed and successfully delivered a broad portfolio of development initiatives, ranging from assessment centers and train-the-trainer programs to comprehensive leadership and team development platforms, including Leader Toolbox, Trainer Development Programs, tailor-made team workshops, and creative organizational development projects. Over the years, she has worked as a lecturer, coach, and consultant with both manufacturing and service-sector companies across the region.

Dragana approaches people development as both a strategic and deeply human endeavor. She believes that meaningful impact requires emotional intelligence, authentic communication, and genuine understanding — firmly grounded in analytics and individual behavioral insights.
